  We had a quote of £49 diagnostic check and if we needed a new ariel it would be £99.
  A great engineer came out looked around our flat looked at the ariel socket and said no its not working £49 pound if you want tv you need a new ariel £99 we was quoted by the call centre.
  The guy did the ariel and offered to put our tv on the wall for £50 instead of company price of £100 as we had our own bracket.
  The ariel turned out to cost £360 not £99 as quoted
  The signal was rubbish and unwatchable when he completed the work and told us ring them up in the morning and i will come back and see to it
  Friday morning i called and they said engineer would come out to look at it.
  5.45 we gets a phone call to say hes not coming today will be Saturday now.
  Saturday morning he turned up on time 8am and moved the ariel higher on to the roof and left.
  All weekend the signal has been worse than before he moved it and is basically unwatchable.
  I called this morning ( monday ) and complained they took my number and called back to say the engineer had informed her there was nothing else he could do.
  4pm this afternoon an engineer turns up to look at the problem and wants an extra £49 to do a diagnostic check
  I said no way we have already paid £400 including the £50 back hander and im not paying any more so he said there was nothing more he could do without payment and said he would tell the office we cancelled ??
  So 5 days later £400 we still have a tv unwatchable as all it does is buffer and turn blue.
  I would never recomend this company to anyone its just money money money and nothing like they quote either.
